Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for participating in our exciting pre-order event! We're thrilled to offer you the opportunity to secure our upcoming products before they're officially released. Please read the following information regarding our pre-order shipping process:

Order Processing and Shipment:

• During the pre-order event, you can place your order for the desired items.
• Your payment will be processed at the time of order placement to reserve your products.
• Please note that the items you're pre-ordering are currently in the manufacturing or production phase and are not yet ready for immediate shipment.

Estimated Availability:

• Each pre-order product will have an estimated availability date specified on the product page.
• Please be aware that the estimated availability date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or unexpected demand.

In Stock Item Shipping:

Please allow for 7-10 business days to process your order. Holidays and other high volume events may increase processing and fulfillment time.

Please ensure the correct address has been entered as returned packages will be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packages that have been shipped due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and a replacement order will not be sent out. STRGZR is not reliable for any stolen packages.

International Shipping:

Due to high cost of shipping, we do not offer international returns at this time. 

If you're located outside of the United States your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes. STRGZR has no control over these fees and any questions you should contact your local customs office. 

International orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive for USPS first class shipping. Please allow this allotted time before inquiring about your order.

​Domestic Shipping:

Packages may take up 10 days to arrive after the package has been shipped.
